In Greek mythology, Fivi was one of the Eliades, daughters of Oceania and Helios, god of the Sun.

Eliades is a luxurious residential building, currently under construction, which is located in Glyfada, the most beautiful suburb in the south of Athens. The building is situated near the sea, in a premium corner plot, which is both quiet and centrally located, at the junction of Fivis and Kapodistriou streets.

Glyfada is a coastal suburb in the Athens Riviera. It extends from the coast of the Saronic Gulf to the foothills of Mount Hymettus. Its location is exceptional, since it is well connected to the center of Athens (14 km), the Athens International Airport Eleftherios Venizelos (23 km) and the Piraeus Port (18 km), providing a quick getaway to the islands. Glyfada Golf Club, with walking and biking routes surrounding it, is in close proximity.

The orientation of the building is excellent, taking full advantage of the sun’s path around the year. The building faces the sea and is only 500 meters from it.

The building consists of 5 floors and two basement levels.

Eliades comprises of 4 separate properties.

1. The ground floor maisonette is spread out on three levels: the ground floor, the 1st floor and the -1 level.

2. The 2nd floor apartment

3. The 3rd floor apartment

4. The 4th & 5th floor maisonette, which is also accompanied by a guest room at the -1 level.

The two underground levels are organized as follows:

1. On the first level, there are two autonomous guest rooms, which have their own open spaces: two large cours anglaises provide abundant natural light. There are also separate storage rooms assigned to each property.

2. On the second level, nearly all the space is dedicated to parking. The parking area can be easily accessed, since it is equipped with a state-of-the-art car lift and car rotating platform.

All the levels are connected through a large, well-lit stairwell which enjoys both natural and artificial lighting, and a spacious elevator.
